The Monthly Cycle "first Monday rides" are our flagship rides for people of marginalized genders*. Our rides average between 10-15 miles at a conversational pace. Rides are no drop, so no one is left behind.
Please arrive with a helmet and working bike (lights and air in tires).

*6:40 PM MEET UP* in the Grove at 4079 Chouteau Ave, 63110, at the intersection of Chouteau Ave & Sarah.
*7:00 PM ROLL OUT* after a quick safety review.
Bring a helmet and lights. Our rides are no drop, meaning nobody gets left behind.
*Break halfway through ride
*9:00 PM END* to hang out at Handlebar in the Grove on their spacious patio.
